PostDoc position at ISTerre
We currently have a postdoc position available at the geochemistry group of ISTerre (CNRS-Univ.Grenoble-Alpes). The candidate will study the interaction forces between crystalline particles, and how this influences the mechanical properties of loadbearing materials.
Applicants must hold a PhD in Physics, Material science, Chemistry, or a related field, and have extensive experience in force spectroscopy both in air and liquids. Knowledge about crystallization/crystallography is desired but not a must.
The initial appointment is for one year, and comprises a competitive salary (based on previous work experience) and a multidisciplinary work environment.
